February Art Show at Habitude

Can someone help me, I see to have misplaced my week… it’s been a busy one!

Tomorrow night is the Habitude Fashion Show, and I’m very excited — it should be a fabulous evening!  Over a dozen jewelry artists have submitted work for the show, and we have models and stylists lined up to do an actual runway presentation of the jewelry.  So awesome!

Here’s a sneak peek at some of my work in the show: just in time for Valentine’s Day…

"Hearts Entwined #2," forged sterling and garnet, ©2011 Peggy Foy

These necklaces are made from hammered sterling that has been forged into a stylized heart, with a little sweetheart clasp at the back.  There are three versions in the show: garnet, amethyst, and white cubic zirconia.  Each one is a little bit different shape, and there are matching earrings in each color.  Just $60!

I have more studio news that is percolating in the background but that will need to wait — there are some orders waiting for me on my bench, so time to get back to work.  Happy Friday and I hope to see you tomorrow night!
